Yes, the PLA material we use is suitable for food contact (food-safe). However, there is one thing you should pay attention to: Be careful to use your mold at low temperatures.

• Apply Even Pressure: Minimize the risk of breakage by applying even pressure to the entire surface of the mold.

• Pay Attention to Fine Details: Very finely detailed molds can be extra delicate. Be careful during use and prefer soap and a damp cloth when cleaning.

You can wash your molds in the dishwasher, but at a maximum of 30°C. Molds may deform at temperatures above 50°C. We recommend hand washing for molds with fine details. The healthiest method is to clean using soap and a damp cloth.
