ARTICLE 2 - DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below will express the written explanations opposite them.

a) MINISTER: Minister of Trade,

b) MINISTRY: Ministry of Trade,

c) LAW: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,

ç) REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188),

d) SERVICE: The subject of any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods made or promised to be made in return for a fee or benefit,

e) SELLER: A company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or on behalf of the consumer.

f) BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,

g) SITE: The website of the SELLER,

h) ORDERER: A natural or legal person who requests a product or service through the SELLER's website,

i) PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER,

i) CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,

j) GOODS: It refers to the movable goods subject to shopping and software, sound, images and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environment.

ARTICLE 3 - SUBJECT

3.1. This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.

The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. The prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

ARTICLE 4 - CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT/PAYMENT/DELIVERY INFORMATION

4.1. The type and kind of product/products purchased electronically, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, recipient, delivery address, invoice information, and shipping fee are as follows. The person to be invoiced must be the same as the person making the contract. The information below must be accurate and complete. The BUYER accepts to fully cover any damages that may arise from the inaccuracy or incompleteness of this information and also accepts all liability that may arise in this case.

4.3. The shipping fee, which is the cost of shipping the product, will be paid by the BUYER.
