We’re a tiny studio and everything is made by hand, one by one. Our current making time is 2 to 5 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, so weekends are for resting and cats. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email automatically.

Please check your inbox and your junk / promotions folder too. Sometimes the tracking likes to hide.

If your question is about sizes, clay tips, or how to use the cutters, Our FAQ page may answer it faster. We tried to keep it clear and simple.

If you still need us, we are here. We reply within 24 hours on business days. If you message on the weekend, we’ll get back to you on Monday.
