When will my order ship?

Each cutter is made to order just for you. Our processing time is usually 2–4 business days. After that, express shipping normally takes another 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it. Once the parcel is shipped, we can not make any changes.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel before we start production. Once we begin printing your cutters, cancellation is no longer possible, because each piece is made just for you.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide with express delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

How long does shipping take?

After production (2-4 days), shipping usually takes 2-4business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can use it to follow your package online.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

No. We care about this a lot, I really want your cutters to arrive to you smoothly, just like a local order.

We ship all international orders with DDP service, which means “Delivered Duty Paid”. This means we pay all import taxes and duties to the courier before your package enters your country, so you should never be asked to pay anything extra at delivery.

If something still goes wrong and you are charged a customs fee, just contact us with the receipt and we will refund it.

What material are the cutters made of?

All cutters are 3D printed in high quality PLA that is strong and perfect for polymer clay and craft use.

Are your cutters food safe?

Our cutters are made from PLA, and many people use PLA tools as cookie cutters or for other baking projects. I design and test my cutters for polymer clay and crafts, so I cannot officially recommend them for food use or call them food safe.

If you still decide to use them with food, it is fully your own choice. Personally, I would always use a layer of cling film or baking paper between the cutter and the dough, and keep a separate set of cutters only for food.

How sharp are the cutters?

The cutting edge is 0.4 mm thick, so it gives a very clean and crisp cut in clay.

All cutters have a 10 mm blade height with a 2 mm handle on top so they are easy to press and hold. For imprint designs, the details start 1.7 mm above the blade edge so you get a nice clear pattern without cutting all the way through.

How do I care for my cutters?

Avoid heat, do not bend them, and clean gently with a soft brush. Please do not use metal tools or sharp objects on them and do not put them in the dishwasher.

Do you design custom cutters?

Yes. You can contact us with your ideas. If you share a sketch or image with sizes, we can tell you what is possible and how long it will take.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Since every cutter is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. But if there is a problem with your order, we will always try to help.

My order arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will refund it right away.

What if I report it later than 7 days?

If you contact us within 8–14 days, we can offer a 50% discount code for a replacement.

Something broke during use. Can it be replaced?

Yes. If your cutter breaks within 30 days after delivery during normal use, please send us photos and a short note about what happened. If we see it is a print or quality issue, we will replace it for you.

If it happens later than that, or because of heavy pressure, heat or wrong use, we can still offer a friendly discount for a new one.

My order is missing items or I received the wrong product.

Please write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of what you received. We will fix it as fast as possible.
