returns & refunds policy

  • Each physical cutter is made to order, especially for you. Because production starts quickly after purchase, all physical cutter sales are final.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been placed.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • When contacting me, include your order number and a few clear photos showing the issue.
  • Once the issue is reviewed and approved, you will receive a full refund or a replacement as quickly as possible.
  • If you contact me after 7 days but within 8–14 days of delivery, I’ll provide a 50% discount code for the same item so you can reorder it at half price.
  • After 14 days from delivery, refund or replacement requests can’t be processed.
  • You may cancel a physical cutter order within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production will already be in progress and cancellation won’t be possible.
  • Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect physical items reported within the valid time window.
  • All cutters are tested, packed, and quality-checked before shipping, but if something feels off, please message me and I’ll do my best to help.
  • Digital files (STL downloads) are non-refundable under any circumstances. These files are delivered instantly after purchase and can’t be returned or verified for non-use.
