Shipping Policy

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • All orders ship with express delivery using UPS or FedEx for speed and reliability.
  • If you need a different shipping carrier, please contact me before placing your order so I can check availability.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
  • All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). I cover customs fees, import taxes, and duties. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when your package arrives.
  • Orders over $55 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping promotions may change or end without notice.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible before the order ships.
  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout. But if you let us know, we do everything we can do to help you, and solve the problems.
  • Delivery times are estimates. I’m not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier-related issues once the package is shipped.
  • If anything looks stuck or unusual with your shipment, message us and we’ll do my best to help.
